Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rlx Coffee, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our specialty roasts. Because coffee is a fresh food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any coffee purchases. We want you to love your brewing experience, so if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your coffee, please reach out to our team at concierge@rlxcoffee.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Non-Food Merchandise Returns
For non-food items and equipment, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.
Condition: Items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund total.
To start a merchandise return, please contact us at concierge@rlxcoffee.com for instructions and our authorized return shipping address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Damaged or Broken Items
If an item arrives broken, defective, or damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at concierge@rlxcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item/packaging. Damaged claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your merchandise return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at concierge@rlxcoffee.com. We process and pack orders quickly to ensure maximum freshness, but we will gladly issue a full refund if your order has not yet shipped. Once a shipping label is created or the package leaves our facility, the order can no longer be canceled.
